Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship – MSc Route

The Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship – MSc Route includes the following:

  • Workplace training and development to develop the required knowledge skills, behaviours for a successful career as a chartered surveyor
  • An accredited* MSc degree
  • End-point assessment by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) leading to chartered membership and the MRICS professional qualification.

Development of the required knowledge, skills and behaviours is through the combination of workplace training development provided by the employer and off-the job training provided by UCEM. The MSc degree is delivered by fully supported online learning. In addition, further off-the-job training is provided through a series of professional practice workshops.
