Job profile

Graduate Development Programme:

  • Lasts for two years and will provide you with full financial and development support towards your relevant professional qualification, an assigned mentor, regular residential training modules, an opportunity to work on live client projects, external training courses where required, and multi-disciplinary exposure
  • We also have ‘shadow boards’ where groups of junior engineers and graduates share their ideas for business change with senior management
  • And it’s not all about work. There are close to 1,000 graduates on the programme for you to network with, you will be encouraged to be a STEM ambassador and use your 2 paid annual social value days to support your local community, and we have a number of sports & social clubs across our offices.
