UCEM’s Admissions Team gears up to answer your questions on Twitter
Posted on: 22 June, 2018
UCEM’s Admissions Team is inviting questions from prospective students during eight, hour-long Twitter takeover sessions over the next few months.
During each takeover, a member of the Admissions Team will run UCEM’s @StudyUCEM Twitter account and provide live answers to any question posed using the #UCEMTakeover hashtag.
The takeovers provide prospective students and businesses wishing to sponsor an apprentice with the opportunity to find out more about the application process ahead of the Autumn 2018 intake period.
UCEM’s Head of Admissions and Student Registration, Sophie Elliott, said: “We receive enquiries every day relating to the admissions process and UCEM programmes, with the volume of enquiries increasing the closer we get to application deadlines.
“The Twitter takeovers we run provide potential students with an alternative means of instant communication, and we also use these sessions to run through some of our FAQs to proactively address any issues which may crop up when choosing to study with UCEM.
“This will be the third set of takeovers we have now run and I know the team are excited to log into Twitter and interact with enquirers!”
The Twitter takeovers will take place on the following dates and times:
Thursday 28 June – 12pm-1pm
Monday 2 July – 12pm-1pm
Friday 20 July – 12pm-1pm
Monday 30 July – 5pm-6pm
Monday 13 August – 12pm-1pm
Tuesday 28 August – 5pm-6pm
Monday 10 September – 12pm-1pm
Monday 24 September – 12pm-1pm (all times are BST)
