46 delegates from the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) attended a CEM residential training course in Reading from 16th to 18th September 2013. The course covered environmental valuation, sustainability and its impact on real estate, management of shopping centres and contemporary issues in valuation.

Delegates also undertook a study visit to the Bluewater shopping centre, including visits to other local sites in Kent such as the Swanscombe peninsula, Crossways Business Park and Ebbsfleet station.

Johnbull Amayaevbo, representing the Lagos chapter of the NIESV, commented: “CEM has a very good reputation in Nigeria. We are delighted that CEM has provided such an excellent training course which will give our members valuable knowledge and skills that they can apply in their professional practice in Nigeria.”
