Biography

Dominic has been a chartered building surveyor since 1995 and has practised in practically everything a building surveyor is trained to do.  From 2003 he ran his own practice specialising in in resolving neighbourly issues, acting as a Party Wall surveyor as required under the Party Wall etc Act 1996 and also providing advice and services as required by Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and has done so from its inception in 1994.  Dominic Bottone became a Module Leader and Module Tutor at the University College of Estate Management from 2017 on a contract basis and then became a full member of staff in 2021. He also supervises undergraduate and post graduate, (Masters), dissertation students.

Appointments

Treasurer of the Surrey Branch of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club, a specialist party wall surveyors association.
