Chartered Surveyor
Overview
The aim of this Level 6 apprenticeship is to provide apprentices with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to pass the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and become a Chartered Surveyor.

Construction Design and Build Technician
Overview
The built environment needs specialists with the technical expertise and digital skills to drive change for a sustainable future. This Level 4 apprenticeship provides the foundational knowledge needed to develop a career in architecture, construction or design.

Construction Quantity Surveying Technician
Overview
This Level 4 apprenticeship is for those needing to learn the foundations of quantity surveying.

Construction Quantity Surveyor
Overview
This Level 6 apprenticeship includes a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree and is ideal for contractors.

Entry requirements: Level 4 Quantity Surveying Technician Standard or HNC in Construction
Building Control*
Overview
The Building Control Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship is a Level 6 apprenticeship that includes a BSc (Hons) Building Control degree. This apprenticeship develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a career as a building control surveyor. After completing this apprenticeship, apprentices will be able to apply for membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

Construction Site Management*
Overview
This Level 6 apprenticeship includes a BSc (Hons) Construction Management degree. The end point assessment will be delivered by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). CIOB will enable apprentices to use the portfolio of evidence they develop during the programme to count towards the evidence required to achieve chartered membership.

Construction Site Supervisor*
Overview
This Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship programme will provide apprentices with the necessary skills for a successful career as a construction site supervisor.

SUSTAINABILITY BUSINESS SPECIALIST APPRENTICESHIP
Our Level 7 apprenticeship aims to nurture leadership for a more sustainable built environment.

*Revalidation
To make sure our programmes are always high quality and relevant for our students we review and update our programmes on a regular cycle. This is known as “periodic review and revalidation” and this year several programmes will be going have gone through this process.
