The Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship is an exciting new apprenticeship in England. Designed to develop the senior business leaders of the future, the apprenticeship focusses on the enable participants to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to deliver a long-term purpose in terms of organisational performance and deliver interpersonal excellence in terms of leading people and developing collaborative relationships.
Apprentices undertaking this apprenticeship with UCEM will study UCEM’s MBA Construction and Real Estate degree programme (CMI, RICS CIOB and CABE accredited) and undertake workplace training to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for senior leadership.
The apprenticeship includes the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Chartered Manager (CMgr) assessment as the end-point.
