Get ready for National Apprenticeship Week 2024: 5th – 11th February

National apprenticeship week is an annual campaign organised by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). It is a way for apprenticeship ambassadors, MPs, training providers, apprentices, parents and employers to come together to celebrate all things apprenticeship! This week is important for UCEM because we want to recognise of all the work that goes on behind the scenes to train the next generation of surveyors and create a better built environment.

“I consider one of our greatest achievements as business owners has been the development of our apprentices; not just in their professional development but in their growth as a person.”

“National Apprenticeship Week gives us a great opportunity to celebrate the successes of our apprentices, along with the incredible support given by our employers. Now more than ever apprenticeships are a key route to skilled employment, giving apprentices of all backgrounds the opportunity to train in a field that might not have been otherwise accessible. The pandemic has been extremely difficult and we relish the chance at UCEM to demonstrate the relevance and importance of engaging online learning, whilst championing those apprentices who embraced it and achieved great results during their apprenticeship journey.”
