Job profile
Saxon Weald are offering a 1-year work placement working in the assessment management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend a year within a professional team to learn about the many aspects of asset management and social housing. It will be a chance to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a practical environment.

Qualifications and experience required/preferred

  • Collating, inputting and assisting in the analysis of information we hold on our asset management databases
  • Assisting in the extraction of information
  • Producing reports to inform budget spend and decisions
  • A range of administrative tasks and elements of project and contract management
  • The Asset Management team are responsible for maintaining our property assets, so it is important that they hold robust and accurate information about our properties to inform the decisions that are made
  • You will become an integral member of the team and the ability to be a good team player is essential as you will work with the team on a range of different projects
  • If you are self-motivated with lots of energy, a confident communicator with excellent organisational and IT skills, we want to hear from you
