  • Technical due diligence – acquisitions/disposals
  • Dilapidations (Make good) Assessments
  • End of lease negotiations
  • Schedules of condition
  • Project Management
  • Contract Administration
  • Environmental Management
  • Building Code Consultancy
  • Expert Witness reporting

Qualifications/experience necessary or preferred

  • Building Surveying degree
  • A minimum of one or preferably two years’ experience
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Good report writing skills
  • Experience in due diligence and dilapidations
  • Some experience in costing and managing minor works would be preferable

Offshore candidates or these without Australian citizenship will need:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2-year building Surveying experience
  • Must be eligible to obtain a working holiday visa (subclass 417 visa)
  • Under 31 years of age (except Irish and Canada citizens)
  • Must be able to submit to a six-month probation period
  • For immigrating purposes, include age, nationality and immigration status in your application
