The role will primarily be within the Professional Consultancy department, undertaking commercial valuations and lease advisory. The successful candidate will be assisting with valuation work for a number of purposes including loan security, accounts, as well as regular fund work. The Valuation team operate throughout the Scotland and the successful candidate will have exposure to the various markets within the region.

Experience, knowledge and skills required/preferred

  • Keen to begin the RICS APC journey!
  • Available to join the Graduate Scheme in 2022
  • On track for 2:1 in an RICS accredited degree

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Attention to detail with excellent report writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driven and self-motivated

Qualification level required

Expected to graduate within 12 months

Legal right to work
