Job profile
We are looking for a graduate / trainee level surveyor to join our agency team in Southampton.
Candidate would conduct viewings, measure properties, prepare reports, assist in advising clients looking to rent out or sell their commercial property.
Experience, knowledge and skills required/preferred
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach
- Good communication skills
- Property knowledge/experience preferred but not essential
- IT awareness
- Good telephone manner
- Dealing with commercial sales and lettings across all sectors
- Viewings, applicant management, preparing client reports and market research
Qualification level required
Applicants accepted from all levels
Legal right to work
Applicants require a legal right to work in the UK for the role
Current driving licence
Required
