Sponsoring a student

The main decision to make when sponsoring a student(s) is which programme is right for them and your business.

All of our sponsored programmes are delivered via supported online education meaning that no travel to classes is required, allowing your employees to fit study around their work commitments so that their work is not disrupted.

We have a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees available. Our undergraduate degrees are for those without a first degree or with no/little experience within the Built Environment. Through an undergraduate degree your employee will be able to gain a RICS, CIOB or CABE accredited degree which supports them on their path to professional membership.

All our undergraduate degree programmes are available with a Foundation Year for employees without the academic entry requirements for our BSc programmes. The Foundation Year will fully equip employees with the academic skills necessary to study at undergraduate degree level. We also offer a BSc Access Module for those employees requiring an introductory course to prepare them for supported online undergraduate study.

Our postgraduate degrees are for those who already have a first degree in a non-cognate subject or have a professional qualification and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.

Many of our construction-related undergraduate and postgraduate programmes are eligible for funding from the Construction Industry Training Board’s new Training Levy system (for participating employers).
